We understand, sometimes things don't work out! All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Simply return the unused item within 30 days for a store credit or refund. Your order number and the original packaging are required for all returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment as the original payment.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undeliverable, unclaimed and packages that are refused. As the customer, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*Once the item is received and inspected, a refund of the original purchase price will be issued within 5-7 days.
*If returned items appear worn, are damaged, have stains, smell of cigarette
smoke/fragrances, detached tags or received after 30 days of the original purchase date, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back to you or they will be donated to charity after 14 days.
*We offer everyday free shipping to our customers but we do not pay for any return shipping.
